Very constructive idea! I personally feel pity seeing these fir-trees cut and then thrown out in several days after celebrations. I would support if someone accoplished your idea in reality!

yeah, the dead Xmas trees ain't half as good as live ones. but usually it's sooo difficult to change something about traditions...
