1 Yes, you're right. It would be cool to have such pills and use them with good intentions. But I think it would be the most dangerous weapon in the world and nobody would feel free one-self anymore. Everyone would suspect each other and try to protect their thoughts from such listening.
2 To my mind you shouldn't worry about what others think. It's up to them. Just be yourself! If somebody hates some people the problem is in his mind, not in you.
