1 Good idea. Not that I think that women are "safer" drivers, but as a business model this approach would still 'stand out' your company and would make it popular, althoug you may have to face discrimination issues ;)
2 I would think before start working as a driver at Taxi Company. At least from the point of view of driver's safety it can be dangerous. Just imagine the actions of some blind drunk 'client'. A female driver would be like a red rag for a bull for him. But it’s just an example. What's more female driver in a taxi can be an easy victim for those wishing to hijack the car. Can you ensure the security of your workers?
5 Actually I’ve got the same idea… relating not to women, but students! To avoid rivalry, the service could be cheaper!!
