So you need to prepare the pastry: 200 g flour, 2 tbsp cacao, 80 g sugar, 1 egg, 80 g butter. Cream from yogurt and decoration: 400 g dark grapes, 2 tbsp yellow gelatin, 2 eggs, 100 g sugar, 1 pack vanilla sugar, 4 glasses yogurt, 2 glasses cream, 3 tbsp chopped pistachios.
Combine flour, cacao and sugar, quickly add egg and chopped butter. Put the pastry in aluminum foil and put in the cold place for 30 minutes. Then roll the pastry in a round and put on the baking sheet smeared with butter. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Chill.
