Summary of the idea/dream: Hm, meat and fish are good for Valentine's Day dinner but we prefer mushrooms.
Recently I was looking through old cookbooks in my house, and found one interesting recipe. I decided to cook it for my beloved, if you're interested and you both like mushrooms, here's the recipe:
Products: 500 gram champignon, 3 tablespoons olive oil, half onion, 0.5 glass cream, 2 bay leaves, 0.5 bunch dill, rye crackers, black pepper, cardamom, salt.
Peel and finely chop onion, fry it in oil until golden brown. Wash mushrooms, slice them and put in the frying pan with heated oil (2 tablespoons) and fry for 5 minutes. Add there bay leaves, pepper and cardamom, and continue to cook over middle heat for 5 minutes more. Add there cream, fried onion and stew for 5 minutes. Before serving, take out bay leaves, sprinkle with rye crackers and chopped dill.
Don't forget to serve the table with candles, small hearts, Valentine's cards and other accessories. Good luck!
