The phrase "I love you" is very pleasant to hear, but when you tell it often, its sense and the effect it makes are not as strong as before…
I'd like to offer you one idea to say the words of love in a very unusual way.

Sometimes it is so great just to sit with the beloved and listen to the silence. But usually you feel so happy that you want to share your words of love, but don't want to break the soothing silence… what to do?
Use gestures! Speak deaf-and-dumb language! For example, trying to say "I" point at yourself, than point at the person you love or touch him/her, and make a heart with your hands. Or touch your lips and then heart, thus creating the phrase "I love you!"!

I think this "language of loving hands" is very interesting and may provoke different pleasant emotions. Try to speak this way for a while and feel the magic of touch!
