Summary of the idea/dream: If you haven't drunk kissel before, it's time to try it!
Not many of us like kissel, but personally I do… That's why my recipe is for kissel-drinkers!
You may also cook it for your family members periodically, coz cranberry is very wholesome in that it takes out slag from our organism (it has capability for gathering various pathogenic bacteria and taking them all outwards). Moreover, like any berry, it's rich in vitamins.
So, hope I persuaded you to use this nice berry and now write down the recipe:
Ingredients:
60 g cranberries
400 g water
40 g sugar or xylite
15 g potato starch
Directions:
Clean berries, squeeze juice. Fiber is poured over by hot water, boiled for 4-6 minutes, then filtered.
Cool off a little decoction, combine it with starch.
Pour sugar into the rest decoction, bring the stuff to the boil, add starch, again bring to the boil, then pour the juice.
Cool off the kissel and drink it!
Hope you will like it as much as I do!
