One day my girlfriend caught a cold. She bought different medicine and she took it every morning and evening.
I decided to cheer her up and wrote a note and Hide this love note in every bottle of medicine. The note was: "Try some vitamin " I Love you."
Her reaction was very good and very soon with (I hope so) a help of my notes she got better.
P.S: You can create you own places to hide a small notes.
