Summary of the idea/dream: I want to share an idea how to cook a Vietnam Cake "Tyun".
"Tyun" is an Asian dish. Many Vietnameses like "Tyun". I want to share an idea how to cook a Vietnam Cake "Tyun".
Rice 100 gram
Lard 40 gram
Haricot 60 gram
Anchovy 2
Onion 10 gram
Cabbage 200 gram
Pepper
Salt
Leave the rice in water for 5 minutes. Wash out, filter and salt the rice. Cover peeled haricot with boiled water, pour the boiled water away, grind and salt it. Mice the pork, add grated onion, anchovy, salt and pepper. Scald cabbage leaves and put them two by two. Then put meat, haricot, rice on cabbage leaves, roll them tightly and tie up with treads. Boil them in salty water for 10-12 minutes and put them under pressure to allow water flow down. Serve vietnam cake "Tyun" with lard and diced onion.
