Summary of the idea/dream: What to cook if your boyfriend is vegetarian? 

It's good that there are so many cooking ideas for St. Valentine's Day on this site. But I have one problem, almost all recipes are from fish or meat. I eat meat but my boy friend is the vegetarian. And I'm always confused what to prepare to satisfy his and mine taste. If you have the same problem, I have one idea for you. I had already cooked this dish and we both liked it. I hope that you, dear DreamSCat members, will help more and give me some ideas of vegetarian dishes. So, here is mine:
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 peeled and diced potatoes, 1 tablespoon peeled finely chopped fresh ginger, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon kari, 1/4 teaspoon ground caraway, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 head cauliflower (900 gram), separated into florets; 150 gram frozen green peas, 150 gram fresh chopped coriander.
