Summary of the idea/dream: Try these yummy vegetarian salads and probably you will become a vegetarian also
I'm a vegetarian for about 11 years and I do believe that eating meet is not good. Many people do not want to become vegetarians because they think that the meal without meat is not so delicious and nutritious. To prove that they're not right I will give you several recipes from the vegetarian cuisine. Try to cook them and you will like those salads.
The first salad is "Hot Potato Salad". To prepare it you need 2-3 potatoes, 150 gram green asparagus, 150 gram tinned beans, 2 tbsp apple vinegar, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp peanuts butter, 2 tbsp chopped filbert, lettuce leaves, ground black pepper, salt.
Peel potato, cut lengthwise in two halves, cook in the salty water, cool and dice. Peel asparagus, cut in two halves and cook in the boiling salty water for 10 minutes. Combine vinegar with vegetable oil and peanuts butter for the dressing. Salt and pepper. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Put them on the bottom of the salad bowl.
