Summary of the idea/dream: Try these vegetarian dishes! They are even more tasty then dishes with meat 

I don't want to persuade you to become a vegetarian, I think that we should eat the food that our organisms demand. But eating only vegetarian food at least one a week will help you to be healthier. I'd like to give you several ideas of recipes from the vegetarian cuisine. They are original and very delicious.
Recipe #1. Take 300 g squids, 3 cooked potatoes, 2 cooked carrots, 1 cooked beet, 1 onion, 2 pickled cucumbers, 4 tbsp vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt. Cook squids, chill and cut in straws. Dice vegetables. Combine vegetables with squids. Salt, pepper and dress the vinaigrette with oil. Sprinkle with chopped greens when serving.
Recipe #2. Take 250 g champignons, 500 g green beans, 400 g red tinned beans, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sherry, 1 tsp capers, 2 violet onions, 250 g tinned corn, 2-3 garlic cloves, salt, pepper. Cut onion in circles and fry in olive oils. Add mushrooms and fry over the middle heat until ready. Cook green beans in salty water for 10
