Recipe #3. Take 1 onion, 1 carrot, 200 g fresh mushrooms, 100-150 g marrow, 2 tbsp corn oil, salt and ground black pepper. Finely chop onion, fry in the oil until golden brown. Cut carrot, mushrooms, marrow in thin straws. Fry carrot for 10 minutes, add mushrooms, and then marrow and fry for 5 minutes more. Cook over the middle heat, do not cover. Salt and pepper. Serve the dish hot or chilled.
