Summary of the idea/dream: Vegetable jelly is a wonderful light dish to cook in spring. It doesn't contain many calories, so you may eat it often!
Personally I like light dishes! Not always, just from time to time! But anyway, they are wonderful! One of my favourite light dishes is vegetable jelly. In addition, it's full if vitamins and doesn't give you calories, so now, in spring, you may cook it very often!

Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 tbsp chopped dill
2 tbsp vinegar
2 glasses vegetable broth
20 g gelatine
ground black pepper
salt

Get gelatine wet in sixfold quantity of cold boiled water till swelling. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers in cubes, salt and pepper. Combine tomatoes and green.
Mix broth with vinegar, add gelatine and bring to the boil. 1/3 of broth is combined with tomatoes, and the rest - with cucumbers.
Pour jelly with cucumbers in deep moulds, cool off till gelation. Then pour jelly with tomatoes, cool off. Pour the rest jelly with cucumbers and cool off.
When serving, put jelly on leaves of lettuce.
