The diet's essence lies in its easiness to keep and unlike other diets it allows to easily manage your feeling of hunger. While keeping the vegetable diet, your organism would get all necessary microelements and nutrients. Another advantage of this diet is that its results turn out to be long-lasting. It's enough to keep this diet for 7 days. The daytime norm of vegetables should be 1,5 kg. In general, it's recommended to use the following products: fresh vegetables (carrot, marrow, haricot, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, pumpkin, potatoes, greens); fresh fruit (apples, bananas); non-fat milk, yogurt; non-fat fish or chicken.

Well, as for the menu, it's the following:

1st day:
Cabbage soup
Fresh or baked fruit
Non-fat milk or non-fat milk yogurt (200 ml)
Tea or coffee without sugar

2nd day:
Cabbage soup
Fresh or stewed
