Summary of the idea/dream: make a couple of unusual super cocktails to surprise your beloved for the Valentine's Day!
Recently, when I was at my friend's place, I tasted a couple of cocktails, which were very delicious. And how I was surprised to know their ingredients! The cocktails are really simple to make, regardless this, they are quite original and tasteful. So, I decided to share recipes with you. May be you make up your mind to prepare some of them for the St. Valentine's Day to surprise your beloved or guests.
Chocolate beverage
Whip 2 egg yolks with ½ table spoon of cacao and 1 tea spoon of butter. Gradually pour 0,5 liter of warmed-up butter, constantly stirring up. Bring to the boil and cool off.
"Egg tea" in Japanese
Whip two eggs yolks and pour to the cup with green tea powder (3-5g). Mix it and drink at once.
Cocktail from vegetable juices
½ tea spoon of ground parsley, ½ glass of fresh lettuce sap, 12 glass of tomato juice, ½ table spoon of beet juice and 2 tea spoon of radish.
