Ultimate Frisbee is the most popular game with a flying disk. It appeared in the USA in 60s and it is still very popular all over the world.

Recently there was a poll in a newspaper asking what kind of sport should be added to the Olympic Games. The results were striking! The majority of people answered that they wanted to include Frisbee!

Frisbee includes typical features of other sports, e.g. American football, basketball, etc. The so-called Spirit of the Game determines the rules. It is the main principle and guideline for every player, requiring first of all to be respectful to each other.
