So, my offer for you is to prepare trout with almond! It has very tender and peculiar taste!
So, the ingredients:
4 cleaned trout
salt, pepper to your taste
80 g butter
50 g almond
1 lemon juice
parsley and slices of lemon for decoration

Salt and pepper trout. Melt butter and fry the fish over for 6 minutes from both sides. It should become goldish. Put it on a dish. Then fry almond, add lemon juice and pour on the fish. Decorate with parsley and lemon slices and serve!
