Summary of the idea/dream: When things get rough some of us fall apart while others ride it out unscathed. Are you a resilient person when it comes to crisis situations?

So if consider yourself not resilient enough I have some tips for you:
1. Surround yourself with supportive friends, co-workers, neighbours or whoever.
2. If you're facing big changes in life try to be more curious and open to it. Thus you'll build positive experience out of it. Wonder about things, experiment, make mistakes, get hurt and laugh.
3. When difficult situations arise, as yourself what skills and coping mechanisms you used to survive tough times in the past. Every situation is a usefull experience so learn from.
4. Instead of pinning your problems on other people or outer events sit down and analyze your failure.
But most of all you ought to be confident that you can change. If you can step outside the situation and see it's not as bad as you imagine, you can survive. Remember that you always have choices!
