If you want to be slim, healthy and slim I have several ideas and tips that will help you. First of all, every morning when you wake up drink a glass of mineral water and eat your breakfast after 20 minutes. Your breakfast should consist of protein (eggs, cheese, yogurt) and carbohydrate (cereals and vegetables). It's important to avoid coffee and tea in the morning. You can drink green tea and herb extracts. You will get charge of cheerfulness and increased working efficiency after such breakfast.
If you had hearty meal for breakfast, try to eat less for dinner. It's good to eat salad or fresh vegetables plus a piece if fish or chicken, avoid alcohol and fat dishes.
Your supper should be very limited, as you don't need additional calories at night. It's better to eat until 6 o'clock. Eat any fruit or drink glass of kefir if you are planning to go to a restaurant - it will allow you to be more rational when choosing meal at a restaurant.
