Do you have a favorite fruit? I guess you have at least one. For example, I like peaches a lot. That is why I'm always looking for new recipes, where peaches are used.
I'd like to share with you my idea of making compote and kissel of peaches. These two recipes are my favorite, and I guess you will like them too!

To make the compote, you will need:
6 peaches, 2 glasses water, ½ glass sugar, and vanilla sugar.

Boil the water and put peaches in it. Take the fruits out in 5 min, peel them, cut into two pieces and take the pit out.
Add sugar to the boiled water, put the peaches and boil for some time.

You can decorate the glasses with the compote with mint leaves.

And now the second recipe- make this tasty kissel:
Take natural peach juice, pour it out in two bottles. Add water to make the solution of one part juice to eight parts water. Add sugar and citric acid and boil the mixture.

Add the dissolved starch and boil once more. Mix with the second part of juice.
