But do you know what subconsciously we consider the sweetest word to hear - it is our name! Once I have read in one article that if you want to attract someone's attention and make him or her feel pleasant and comfortable communicating with you - call him/her by name as much as possible. Doing this you win this person's favour and make these relationships desirable for him/her. It even can be applied on negotiations. The person subconsciously feels that you are worth to trust and becomes more agreeable.
So if you want to have the strong and entrusting relationships with your beloved one, call him/her by name. Imagine tender diminutives and call him/her by name again. But be sure he/she loves the diminutives you have devised. Otherwise they may have the negative effect.
