Summary of the idea/dream: Prevent Your Spring Tiredness! Try My Salads!
Usually I feel collapse in spring. I have realized that only fruits, vegetables and verdure give me power and make me feel better. There are some salads which will help you prevent spring tiredness.
1. The Salad with Burdock
60 gram burdock leaves, 12 gram grated horseradish, 20 gram spring onion, 8 gram sour cream, salt.
Sort out and wash burdock leaves. Put them into boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Wash them out by using a colander and chop burdock leaves into small pieces. Mix them with shredded spring onion, grated horseradish, sour cream and salt.
2. The Salad with Nettle
100 gram nettle, 1/2 egg, 10 gram salad condiment, salt.
Washed nettle leaves put into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Wash them out by using a colander, chop burdock leaves into small pieces, add a shredded egg, salad condiment and salt.
3. The Salad with Nettle, Sorrel and Spring Onion
