Wanna crazy idea? I have another one!
I suggest you to go to the Russian "banya". Besides its rejuvenating and healthy effect, it induces relaxation and promotes sweating whereas heavy sweating helps to remove 'toxins' from the body. High temperature (mostly over 80 °C) and a special broom made of mostly oak or birch sprigs are all you need to make yourself feel like anew born!!! And at last the highlight of the program!!! You can try pouring a few quantity of beer into the water that you pour on the hot stones. Besides the odor of the fresh spring vegetation of the broom reigning in the hot air this releases the smell of the grain used to brew the beer.
Feel giddy? It's just a beginning!!!
Taking a banya is usually a social campaign :) in which the participants disrobe and bit each other with wet broom to cure people from many diseases. In fact the sauna is considered almost a gender-free zone!
Sound advice: in case you have got a flu take banya pouring a few quantity
