1. If your eye shape is ALMOND your lid is invisible when your eye is open. So use a pencil to line your lower lash line. Then apply shadow to lid, smudging it up beyond your lid fold and extending past the outer corner.
2. If your eye shape is ROUND your lid is slightly visible when your eye is open. So line upper and lower lash lines with pencil. Then apply shadow from lash line onto lid, smudging up slightly beyond crease. Don't extend the shadow outward.
3. If your eye shape is OVAL your lid is very visible when your eye is open. So line upper and lower lash lines with pencil. Then apply shadow to your lid, extending slightly beyond the crease and out just past the outer corner.
To create your turquoise smoky eye you will need a thick creamy pencil which is easy to control and blend. Use turquoise eyeshadow which is a touch lighter than the pencil. Apply eyeshadow with wet brush to create a deepened effect. Pick a brush with rounded tip which blends shadow softly and smoothly.
