The answer to an appeal in previous post. Poor people become poor in any case. It is proved historically. So once in one Russian princedom the whole village has been ruined after polovets' attack. Russian prince has decided to pay damages to his population and has equally distributed tools, money, cattle, etc. Rich and poor people have again appeared in a village in some years.
I think, that the reason of richness or poverty is entirely and completely in one's head.
