Another great Christmas tradition I can suggest is an extraordinary way to wrap christmas gifts. It's not gonna be foil or colored paper. The best wrapping is actually an edible one - you won't have to throw it out or tear it in pieces, but just enjoy eating it
It could be a layer of chocolate, ice-cream or sweet pastry, depending on your choice

PS: Another special Xmas tradition I can think of is edible Christmas cards.
