Tea is a really peculiar beverage, coz almost every nation drink it and has special methods of its preparing. I also like tea and strive for collecting various recipes of making it... Some people add different herbs to tea, others prefer tea with fruit juices and so on. But recently I knew that some individuals make tea with wine! It surprised me a little, then I decided to try it and to tell the truth my impression of such tea is very good now! I want to share this recipe with you, so that you will also be able to taste such original beverage.
So, take 1 teaspoon tea, 25 g sugar and 50 ml red table wine.
Brew strong tea, filter it, add sugar, red wine, bring to the boil and pour into glasses.
