Autumn is a time when there are lots of different cheap vegetables. As we all know dishes prepared from vegetables are very useful for our health. So, I would like to share a recipe of one dish which exceeded all my expectations. You will need 12 paprikas, 3 small eggplants, 1 slice of bread, 1 onion, 1 egg, 1 table spoon of flour, three table spoons of butter and 1 glass of cream for sauce.
First, you need to cut tops from paprikas and remove seeds. Bake eggplants, then cut them in small particles and mix with a slice of white bread, wetted in milk and fried onion. Add there egg, salt, pepper and flour. Then put this mixture into paprikas, roll in flour, fry and put in a rather shallow ware, cover with a cream sauce. (To prepare this cream sauce just fry 1 table spoon of flour with 1 table spoon of butter, add half glass of water and 1 glass of cream. Boil it for 5 minutes, and then add some salt.)
