Strange, why are we people so inattentive to ourselves sometimes. We know how fast in rythm and how stressful our life is nowadays. We do all our best to make as much money as we can, we find some time to socialize with our friends and family, we eat sometimes ( tend to make it less and less....as fashion tells us to do).....yes we fall in our bed at the end of day and try to forget about everyhting for a short time me have to sleep.....yes mainly that's how we do. Sounds like an average day of an average person. But is it really ok for us?
We forget one very important thing......to spend some time with Ourself!
Just stop for a moment. Get alone for some few minutes. Take a deep breath......and have a magic moment by listening to Yourself. Forget about the external world and discover your internal one! If it sounds as too much pathos.......Just relax for a minute! We need it like water or food.......maybe even more sometimes.
So what exactly I wanna tell you in that
