When you visit friends or relatives on Easter, you are usually treated to boiled colored eggs.
My idea is unusual and it will help you to surprise your visitors with jelly eggs!

You will need some eggs, jelly prepared beforehand, and whipped cream and berries for decoration.

Take a number of eggs with dense shell. Carefully make a small hole on its ends and blow the stuff out (btw you can use it for baking cakes and cookies ). Wash the shell with the boiled water, but be careful- it's too fragile! Make a multi-colored jelly (you can use the recipes from this site- they are good for it [;)[ ). Fill the shells with the jelly and cool them off in the refrigerator. When the mass will be cooled off enough, take the eggs out and peel.

Put the eggs onto a nice dish and decorate with whipped cream and fresh or tinned berries.

I guess your guests and relatives didn't try it before, so it can be a pleasant surprise for thim, and esp for children!
