I like cooking, that is why every time I try to make something special.
I cook unusual meals even if there is no special occasion, just for the week-end.
This time I'm going to make a sweet pudding. My friend gave me this recipe, she knows about this spot in my heart

The recipe is the following:
200 g cream
300 g tinned peaches
100 g lemon jelly
lemon juice
15 g gelatin
1 or 2 table-spoons of powered sugar

Take a special baking form, moisten it with water. Put there some slices of peach, pour it with a part of lemon jelly and put it into the refrigerator to cool.
Take the jelly, which was left and cool it also. Then cut into pieces.
Whip the cream. Add jelly, lemon juice, powered sugar, gelatin and peaches (don't forget to cut them beforehand!). Mix everything.
Put the prepared mass into the form and cool it.

When the pudding is ready, put it onto a dish and decorate with fruits.
