Summary of the idea/dream: A recipe to strengthen your health - summer salad!
I'm so hot in summer and lack of appetite cause of that. I prefer something light and fresh - juice, salad, ice cream, fruit. Though when we eat same kind of food it starts bothering sometimes even the loveliest one. Salads got boring for me and I really wanted something new to cook myself and to enjoy. So I tried to make a salad that I was treated once in my friend's house. It doesn't have any name so let's call it just summer salad.
To make it you'll need:
Cucumbers 2
Tomatoes 2
Tinned maize 1
Salt a little
Mayonnaise to cover the top
A packet of spiced rusks
Cut the cucumbers and the tomatoes into small squares. Put the squares on the plate covered with lettuce, first the cucumbers in row then it goes tomatoes, then maize and the last row is rusks. Thus you'll have a kind of rainbow made of the products mentioned above. Salt it a little and put some mayonnaise on the top of each row and the salad is ready. Have a nice meal and take care of
