To my mind dessert is an inevitable part of any romantic dinner! So, I'd like to offer you a recipe of strawberries in melon; this dessert would be quite to the point for the Valentine's Day!
To make 6 helpings you will need: 100 ml vodka, 5 tablespoon liqour, 300 ml soda, half of a little melon, 400 g strawberries, 10 g mint.
Combine vodka, liqour and soda, pour it into ice cube tray and refrigerate. Meanwhile clean melon of stones and skin, cut in
cubes and combine with strawberries, cut in half. Then take ice with vodka from deep-freezer, put it into cellophane packet and splinter into pieces by rolling-pin. Put a layer of ice with vodka on the bottom of 4 glasses, then add strawberries and melon, sprinkle with mint, torn into pieces, and serve.
