I offer you to prepare the wonderful cold soup. It was invented for the summer. Refreshingly cold on hot summer days, this classic Spanish soup Gazpacho deliciously combines the best of summer vegetables. Make sure you only use the freshest, highest quality ingredients for this soup. Enjoy your Spanish summer lunch!
Take:
two slices of bread, soaked in water
six ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
one onion
one medium cucumber
two cloves garlic
Liquefy first five ingredients in blender. Than add olive oil (a quarter of cup), some vinegar and two cups of water and whirl thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator at least overnight to make it more tasty.
Gazpacho should be served very cold. You can drink it like a soft drink or diced finely green pepper, onion, tomato, cucumber and serve as garnish for gazpacho.
