Summary of the idea/dream: You still assume that spaghetti is a fat catalyst. Give it up! If it were the truth, all Italians would be the fattest nation on the planet Earth. However, the slimmest girls and hottest guys live in macaroni Mediterranean.
What I mean is that we gain fat by eating macaroni with minced meat or spaghetti with chops abundantly fried in oil. Generally, macaroni is a source of cholesterol. For Italians macaroni is a source of fiber that allows to remain full a long time and normalize intestine functions. Besides, macaroni contain specific amino acids influencing the mood and controlling appetite.

Here is how to follow the diet:

One of the main parts of Italian diet is vegetables, fruits, olive oil, cereals, fish and seafood. You can give up meat and backery and sacrifice sugar (in any kind) and products with the preservatives content (souces, sausages, pickles and smoked products).

To follow the macaroni diet you should be able to cook them right:

1. The ratio of water and macaroni is very important - 1 litre of water must be equal to 100 grams of macaroni.

2. Salt water before you put macaroni into it.

3. Keep spaghetti in boiling water no more than 5
