Summary of the idea/dream: Why to grow and kill animals? Why to feed ourselves on the products we gain through murder? Why to waste extra bio-energy on growing animals for proteins if we can easily cultivate a healthier protein alternative of meat - mushrooms!
The meat industry is well-developed all around the world and each second a live breathing creature is intentionally murdered to become a part of our everyday breakfast. We consume meat, considering it a delicious product the nature generously provides us with. But in fact eating meat is a manifestation of an atavistic instinct of killing that was used to be vital for human survival several thousands years ago, but is no longer a necessity now, as we've invented technologies allowing to draw all indispensable proteins from vegetative products.
In fact soy products and mushrooms are twice richer in proteins than any meat, plus the protein compounds these products contain are in a way easier to digest. Also, soy and mushrooms are considerably chaper to grow, because they only require soil, water and sunlight for growing, while the cattle also requires stables, grooming and tons of vegetable food to be grown.
In fact there are only two reasons why soy products and mushrooms haven't yet
