Summary of the idea/dream: Super Delicious Souffle with White Chocolate
I am a big chocolate fun. There is one more recipe of chocolate usage in cooking. But for this recipe you will need white chocolate.
For my recipe you will also need:
450 gram White Chocolate
13 Eggs
170 gram Granulated Sugar
1,4 liters 30% Cream
60 gram Brandy
45 gram Gelatin
Mix all the eggs and warm them a little bit. Combine and stir up the eggs with the sugar. Then add melted chocolate and beat cream. Soak gelatin in water and put it to swell. After it pour excess water and add gelatin with brandy to the chocolate mass. Mix the mass, pour it into a form in a 3-4 centimeters layer and put it into refrigerator.
