Summary of the idea/dream: Sorrel pie is the best to bake in spring, when there isn't a variety of fruits and vegetables.
I like baking, but since strive to look slim, prefer non-fat pies and cakes… One of my favourite kinds of pie - is a sorrel one. It's the best to cook in spring, when one faces lack of vitamins. So, print the recipe and start baking it with the following instruction!
Ingredients:
Dough:
Wheat flour - 2 ˝ glass
Butter - 250 g
Sugar - ˝ glass
Soda - 1 tea spoon
Egg yolks - 3
Filling:
Sorrel - 1 kg
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Decoration:
Egg whites - 3
Sugar - 1 glass
Directions:
1. Combine flour with soda and bolt, add cut cooled butter, sugar, egg yolks and make dough. Wrap the dough into foil and put in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
2. Chop sorrel in splint and combine with sugar.
3. Roll out the dough on a board poured over by flour, transfer it to a baking tray and puncture in a several places with a fork.
4. Lay filling of sorrel on the dough. Bake the pie at a temperature 200 C for 30 minutes.
