1) Boil vegetables in salt water to give them better taste and keep all the nutrients.

2) Large vegetables lose nutrients less than small ones.

3) You will keep all the nutrients if you steam vegetables instead of boil them.

4) Add some vinegar when you will boil rice. It will make them whiter.

5) It would be better if you put fresh vegetables, verdure and fruits into boiled water. In this case they will keep vitamins.

6) Don't add vinegar to a salad with tomatoes. It could spoil the salad.

7) Onion will make brown if you add some sugar to oil.

8) All the vegetables except beet and green peas boil in salt water.

9) Don't boil different kinds of vegetables in the same pot. They will lose their color and taste.
