It is left several days before the New Year… And for most women it is more important how to look and what to wear for the holiday, rather than where to spend it. But alas, when putting on some favorite dresses we discover with horror that some of them became small for us… So, it means that it's time to start keeping diet.
I'd like to tell you about some effective diets, so that you could choose for yourself the optimal one…
1. Banting diet. It consists in reasonable eating albumen, fat and carbohydrates. It can be kept for a long time.
Breakfast: coffee with milk and little sugar.
Lunch: 250g of meat or fried fat, 40g of rye-bread, an apple, a cup of coffee or tea with little sugar.
Dinner: 200g of chicken, grilled without fat, 40g of rye-bread, and one apple.
2. Apple diet. 1st day - 1 kg of apples, 2nd day - 1,5 kg of apples, 3rd day - 2 kg of apples, 4th day - 2 kg of apples, 5th day - 1,5 kg of apples, 6th day - 1 kg of apples.
