For most of disabled people sport is everything. It challenges their limits, helping build a new life. For people with a disability sport is a good therapy for both physical and psychological seeing, as it brings them out again to face normal life. As is known, disabled sportsmen are awaiting the Paralympics with enthusiasm.
By the way, do you know that disabled sportsmen are engaged almost in all winter sports, included into the Olympics - Alpine skiing, Biathlon, Cross-Country Skiing, Ice Sledge Hockey, and Curling? Besides, my idea is to add another sportive discipline into the Paralympic games - it's snowboarding. Only the board itself should be different. It won't have boot bindings, instead it should have one not very deep hollow to fix body of legless sportsmen. So, a sportsman would be able to steer the board with the help of the body slopes. I think it's quite possible! What's your opinion?
