Summary of the idea/dream: It will take you only five minutes a day…to look perfect without keeping diets or visiting fitness clubs.
My idea is for those who do not loose an interest to his/her appearance. You don't want to keep a diet and consider that it is very harmful to your health.
As it is known, that extra fat gathered, first of all, in abdominal area of human body. For many people it is a problem area.
Then there is a simple solution. You should make everyday training. You have no time, you can say, for any training. But you don't need a lot of time, just five or ten minutes a day and you will have flat and beautiful abdominal area. The training exercises consist of crunches.
They are not simple crunches. You should purchase a big sport ball for it. Then according to picture try to do several exercisers with ball. You should put the ball under your back or in other words lay on the ball and try to raise yourself a little bit. It will be difficult from the beginning but with time you will see how easy to do these interesting crunches. Just turn on your favorite music and do different crunches
