Summary of the idea/dream: In winter most of us feel so sleepy...But there are some tips to get rid of such state..
Drowse during the day is perhaphs the main winter problem... It becomes more apparent after cold and lazy day-offs...
That's why I'd like to share with you some tips how to overcome it.
If you cannot awake easily, exercises "for lazy-bones" will be helpful for you: stretch yourself in the bed, carefully turn your neck to the left and right, and move by your legs - as if cycling. Then take shower and breakfast. Do not forget - the first meal it the most important. Use juices and food, rich in vitamins. Instead of coffee it's better to drink tea - it will give more energy and won't cause load for your heart.
By the way, after night parties, there is no need to lie long... Better to get up as usual, take shower, eat something delicious and have a 30 minutes walk. It will give a common rhythm to your nerve system and get your vessel into a normal tonus...
