There are too many new diets and advices how to feed to become slender. All diets say the same that we have to eat less and keep an eye on our food.

I want to offer you a special training for those who want to lose weight.

When you feel that you want to eat, follow these exercises:
1) Stretch out your tongue, roll it and breathe in the air through formed tubule.
2) Hold your breath as long as you can, don't overstrain yourself.
3) Slowly breathe out through both nostrils.
Repeat these exercises 12 times.
