Everyone had opportunity more than once to watch the promo advertising washing powder with approximately the next slogan: "don't use simple washing powder, it is helpless and rubbish, you have to use our ……and so on". And everyone knows that advertising own product, you have no rights to use another brand names, like "Tide" is better than "Ariel" and vice versa. My idea is simple, what if to make own detergent powder and to name it "Simple Washing Powder", wait some time and then just get visiting courts and collecting up you money?
