Are you a Leader? I've found out that there are some rules of leadership. If you do it you could be a leader.
I think that real leader should not lie to anybody!
Then: 1- Do what leader says he will do.
The world is full of leaders who say one thing, and do another. We usually talk about this people like about bad leaders. Don't be such leaders.
2- Leader should do everything on time.
Let's say 30 people come to a weekly meeting. If meeting starts 15 minutes late, and end 15 minutes late, you've just wasted 15 man-hours of work.
3- He should be the best
Be as great as you are capable of. Real leader should be worthy of the team of individuals who follow him. Remember that- The best leader never asks anyone under him to do anything he is
unable or unwilling to do himself. Praise should always be given in public,
criticism should always be delivered in private.
4- He should Set goals of the team. That what leader should do!
