Too much can harm your kidneys, raise your blood pressure, increase your risk of breast cancer, and mess with your metabolism, not to mention your mental abilities. So when it comes to alcohol drinking try to make it beneficial for yourself rather than destructive. So 100-120 grams of red wine, 200 grams of beer and 50 grams of hard liquor should be your daily dose. By doing it you may respect yourself in the morning and all week long :)
Fish:
It contains omega-3 fatty acids than clear your arteries and may slow the growth of cancerous cells unless fish is loaded with environmental pollutants bringing the opposite effect. So try to choose fish with the lowest mercury contents or chose omega-3 supplement. Avoid species with high mercury contents such as tune, mackerel, marlin, grouper, sword-fish, shark, tilefish. You may replace them with salmon, cod, crab or scallops.
