This diet is just salvation for the people who like rice. You should keep this diet at least for 3 days, and maximum for 2 weeks. You will lose 1 kilogram for 3 days, and 3 kilograms for 1 week. Try it and you will like the results 
Day 1
Breakfast: apple, 60 gram rice with lemon peel and several drops of lemon juice. Green tea or herbs extract.
Dinner: vegetable bouillon, vegetable salad (150 gram), rice with parsley and dill, and fruit vinegar (1 teaspoon) and 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Supper: vegetable bouillon, rice with cooked carrot and marrow.
Day 2
Breakfast: orange, rice with orange peel and 1 teaspoon sour cream.
Dinner: vegetable bouillon with cooked vegetables and rice portion.
