Summary of the idea/dream: Be healthy and strong by eating vegetarian dishes!
I am not a vegetarian but my friend became a vegetarian one year ago. Sometimes she treats me with vegetarian dishes. She shared some her cooking ideas with me. I tried to cook them on my own and I like them a lot. Here I write her vegetarian recipes.
Fruit Salad
Wash and slice peeled kiwis, bananas, tinned pineapples and peach. Add yogurt and mix everything.
Mushroom Paste
Boil 400 grams mushrooms in salt water. Mushrooms should become soft. Mince them. Add grated onion or crumbled garlic, salt, pepper and 100 gram mayonnaise or sour cream. The paste is delicious either hot or cold. The most delicious paste is from ceps.
Fried Cauliflower with Dried Crust
Boil cauliflower, sort them out according their inflorescences. Fry them in melted butter. Before serving up cauliflower, sprinkle it with fried in melted butter crusts, mix by shaking up everything.
You will need 1 kilogram cauliflower, 150 gram butter, 1/3 glass ground crust, salt.
